How can I get the shipping price ?
At the end when a customer checks out they would be able to choose different shipping partners and their rates. Customer has the freedom to choose.
How can I get a refund ?
Meridian does not refund any purchase. But the product can be exchanged for a restocking fee of 20%.
What if I get a wrong item ?
If it is our fault we pay the two way shipping charges. You need to send us the item and we would happily ship the right one of your choice.
How can I get a discount coupoun ?
Discount coupouns are sent through the subscriber list. Please subscribe us for exciting offers and to find out about new styles and clearence sales. You may also find our advertised coupouns timely on our website and social media.
How long will it take to recieve my product ?
The expedited service can be chosen by you at the time of checkout. You can find the regular, express and priority express while checking out the cart. You would also have the tracking number to monitor whereabouts of the product. Meridian bears no responsibility for lost/misplaced during the transit.
How long will it take to ship the product ?
We usually ship the product within 24 hours. Orders placed on saturdays and sundays and holidays will be shipped on the next business day assumed the order is placed before 4pm EST.
I want to order a group of 10-50. Can I get any discount on bulk orders ?
Absolutely. You are most welcome to contact our team to avail the group disscount. We an even set up a vendor account for your group/organization for easy ordering. Please contact our sales department to discuss about the oppurtunity.
Do you offer plus sizes ?
Yes, we do. We know people comes in all shapes and sizes. Our product development team got you covered. Size ranges from XXS-5XL.
Can you send us a sample ?
Yes, we can. But with a nominal fee. If you feel Meridian is the right choice for you we will deduct the nominal fee on the final bill. If you need more than a sample for a team/company/organization. Please contact the respective location or email us to our sales department. We will get back to you at the earliest time.
I did not recieve my order, what do I do ?
Try checking the tracking number. If still there is any issue please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.
